This super-enhanced Yangzhou fried rice looks really good.

The original Yangzhou fried rice (not the Singapore localised version) is not that good. I ordered it when I was working in China in the 1990s and was disappointed. It was then I realised that the Singapore version has been enhanced (add ingredients basically) to fit Singaporeans' taste.
