When a Leader "no longer had enough in the tank" to fulfill the office of the premiership yet, forcing himself/herself to continue.

Resulted leader admitting openly that the country is in a mess and politics not as clean as the country's image.

Honest advice, there isn't any other choice left except emergency exits.
