BEIJING, KOMPAS.com - China on Tuesday (23/7/2024) became the location where 14 Palestinian organizations, including rivals Hamas and Fatah, signed a national unity agreement. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said dozens of Palestinian organizations agreed to form an interim national reconciliation government to govern Gaza after the Israel-Hamas war.

This is huge.
At one time, the US would be the one doing this. Who could have imagined China is the one people in the middle east turn to as peace maker.
People are now looking elsewhere because the US is no longer a trusted partner in peace. Its openly biased friendship with Israel & fighting wars for Israel destroyed its reputation as peace maker.
Blame itself.

The Palestinian unity government is bad news for Israel who occupy Palestinian land by divide & conquer.
The ICJ recently told Israel to get out of Palestinian land - its not your land!
Of course, Israel being Israel gave the ICJ the middle finger. It can do this because its got the US to cover for its crimes at the expense of US reputation taking a big hit.
And that is why Brics is on the rise
