That rowdy customer was probably acting under the influence of alcohol. The store owner should have known better than to pick a fight with a violent and drunk person though. Remember that 2 wrongs do not make things right.

That would be my fear if I was that store owner in Penang. That Indian guy could return with a knife or parang and seek vengeance together with his gang.

The store owner hv to be on alert and at least keep some weapons for self defence. In such a lawless country, it is very unsafe and anything can happened.
