when eat too much carbohydrate
the vit b1 tharmine is used...to metabolize the carbo
so not enough for the body/brain
so if serious case
u become paranoid like sgbutt
becos it affect the brain and the nevous sytem break down

if you are a vegetarian
and only can eat white rice, potatoes ..bread which are all carbs..over a long time..it can become a problem

Take B Complex, Vit K2+D3 and Whey Protein in addition to your daily food intake of fresh green vegetables, fruits, some fish + meat and a little bit of brown rice should be enough for a healthy human. ..... Big Grin
