Better consider your age and condition and dun any how follow most effective exercises for young studs. A quick glance of the four exercises (except that planking) under the HIIT group will likely send half of Sgtalkers to hospital by ambulance if they do them as recommended.

I think only two best exercises are needed by old folks here for weight loss and they are brisk walking or swimming and jaw lock exercises.     Big Grin
