Have rented a condo in PJ. There was no plank of wood at the back of the kitchen cabinet. What I saw was just the concrete wall of the kitchen. Very innovative way in saving material.

Be very cautious working for such contractors. I have friend who was not paid after completing the job. The contractor claimed that the homeowner default on payment.

I got met a 5 star rating contractor. Now shd be retiring.
Never took a single cent from me after my house renovation completed. I gave him 100% for final payment
What 10% or 30% advance payment to him was an insult for his professionalism.
I even called him few times to ask him to collect the payment.
He WhatsApped me almost everyday how was the progress of the renovation work.
Even ID firm today, I dont think got such kind of service.

Some news mentioned hollow ceilings which collapsed, too. Must check on their work done during the process.
