Hemp seeds 火麻仁 is very good, but banned in some places. Chia seeds and black sesame seeds are aso excellent. Can add them to cereal with milk as breakfast

My wife claims that gingko nuts will improve my memory so she bought me a bottle of gingko tablets. After 1 month, she inquired if I noticed any improvement, but I admitted that I forgot to swallow the tablets. LOL!

Are hemp seeds available in Singapore?
Read that Guangxi rural folks (quite a number of 100yo+) consume quite a bit of hemp seed products so it should be beneficial for longevity too.

Hemp seeds are available in us/canada supermarkets and are commonly added to breakfast cereals. Couldn’t find it here and was told it’s banned
