His views reflected by many Malaysian friends...
The average national income level of Malaysian simply cannot afford to match current property prices.
And there are many Malaysian developers still building condominium projects.

Many completed properties remain unsold. The recent surge in flash flooding further diminishes the appeal of these properties to potential buyers.

Singaporeans must not be con by recent surge in YouTube video promoting JB condominiums.
Especially for those without family or friends living in Malaysia.

I dont see prices dropping yet.

I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
