My friend, I couldnt remember he and his wife got converted to Singaporean or not at all time. Both were also PRs.

The couples are foreigners and only recently got their PR.. They should have gone back to their home country to have children.  THis reporting is so fishie like an attempt to use this case to argue for more benefits for PR. Sorry for their child, but you asked for the service in 1s World, you also get to pay 1st World medical bill as PR.
