This is why recently one LRT open after 20 years at Punggol . Partly there got International India school Expect a lot CECA stay there.

Logically, with most Emplpyment Passes being issued to CECA for so many years, it will be them who are taking up new citizenship status. Last year, Singapore added nearly 500 pink ICs and with new additions, they will dilute the votes again.
