Li Nan xing,  chew chor meng, rayson tan are good actors. Unfortunately they went thru bad patches n turned to religion.  They were saved by their own mind power and belief but thought Jesus saved them. Why would Jesus save them only and forsake so many other believers?

Fyi, Christ didn't die only for them. He died for Adam's sin, the penalty for which is death. If Christ is going to die each time 8 billion PEEPUR sinned, He would be hanging on a Cross over and over lorh. Through His Death the way is now open for us to be reconciled with God. A modern version is still in force, called by another name, chop hands, chop head, but we don't do it in Singapore lorh.

Unless you're saying that the translation is done incorrectly. And did you refer to any other verses other than the wife beating one? The answer is no.
