As for the lamp post it is quite near to the tree and branches may prove a hindrance for maintenance works. Install each lamp posts at standard spacing and away from the trees. The equal spacing apart of the lamp posts will give ample light at night for any board signs to be easily read if there are between them.

Lamp pole cable too near the trees.
Dangerous during heavy rainfall with strong wind.
The trees should be further behind the cables.

IMO, the reason for fixing the signage so high is because Kota Tinggi is well known for (sometimes annually) floods, not ponding. The flood water level can rise to an unbelievable height. This prompted the advertiser to fix the signage at that height.

The person installing the advertising signage over estimated the height of viewers.
Raising it too high...
And underestimated the size of the wordings. Too small for people to see from ground level.
Should be bigger font size
Poor judgement on signage visibility and legibility ..

Folks, le Quiz Master tried all that he could, many many hints to solve this psychological nightmare...
psychology of hindsight - what should or should not have been done?
the most obvious hint was Voldermort's 6th horcrux - his pet snake Nagini.
in the Half-Blood Prince, Dumbledore pronounced "... to confide a part of your soul to something that can think and move for itself is obviously a risky business..."
the advertising signboard was aged, hence we hypothesise that it had been secured onto the trunk of that betel nut tree at a normal person's eye view a good many years ago. plants and trees grow. hence, the signboard followed the tree trunk upwards reaching for the sky..
hence, the moral of the story is not to secure your advertising campaign on biologicals that can grow and sway for itself
it appears that this time round is a "House Wins"... brave attempts, Everyone... #applause

I have a different opinion on the growth of the betel nut tree. My thought is that as the tree grows, the shoot points upwards and opens outwards as leaves. The older, lower leaves will eventually wither and drop to the ground. The leave base does not grow in height. Thus, the signage's height should have remained!
