They quickly blamed ship lost power. Dunno true or not. I ever boarded a flooded ship in Persian Gulf with all Indian Crew and Officers. They told me the ship hit a mine, but after sealing up the hull and pumping out all the water, I found the sea-chest was opened by someone. Obviously it was a sabotage job by the crew for some unknown reason.
