All along SG is just a " base " for foreigner investors oversea SEA and Asia market. Their main manufacture plants are in other Asia countries of course due to cheaper rental and workers.

Now is Office they also plan to shift move to cheaper alternative Asia countries. Like Malaysia , Vietnam , Thailand etc to set up their Asia Base.

Businesses in Singapore reaches and bypasses the point of diminishing returns ..

In addition, Unbearable 35C intense hot weather condition is not conducive and is driving biz and expats to relocate.

Now happy liao...no more MNC for opening legs. 🤣🤣🤣

All foreigners goes to our neighbouring countries. Cheers!!!

With such high cost, they can only chase for high- end market ie Banking, IT, pfizer manufacturing, Dyson regional sales office.

Truthfully, how many Locals sit in these Top 10 Companies? Did it really create good and well paying jobs for us?
