Better not to go for covid vaccine in this case. Doctors also cannot ger it right all the time

Who are those that allowed her to take? I was told those are not doctors and their profession unknown. They were at the vaccination registration centers asking those queuing for registration a few standard questions from a piece of paper and then decide can take or cannot take. There was no blood test or any form of medical examination ,,,,,, Rolleyes
