Salaries go up by staircase while food etc go up by escalator/lift.

Those with zero income especially the unemployed, seniors and retirees are the most affected groups.

The escalating high prices are driving them to the wall.
If help is not forthcoming, more crimes may engender.

Hope the authorities will initiate assistance ASAP.

And delay any impending GST hike.

Thank you.

In China they work towards bringing down cost of living with special consideration for elderlies. Those above 60 travel free on MRT including foreigners. They also have discount at tourist spots

Can we imitate China, and implement free travel in MRT for those above 62 years of age...? Clapping Laughing

Waiting for ministers to come out and compare the bowl of noodle pricing in Singapore vs USA. But when you make the same comparison about their salary they tell you it's not comparable. Lol

All items should be priced according to % of salary so every man and woman can be equal. Nice? Wake up from your dream. Lol

Tan ku ku. Everything must pay. The most will be co-pay. There is nothing free in Sg. They may give you free chicken wing, but later will take back a whole chicken.
