You brush your teeth with wire brush ah? Use a soft bristle brush
lah. Best is get one of those Oral B Braun electric brush and use ultra soft bristle brush.     Big Grin

What I did was soak my toothbrush in soda powder water mixed.

It helps with gum bleed. Bacteria?

I think you should use an anti-plaque toothpaste (applying it during flossing too). And after brushing, rinse your mouth with the "soda powder water".
However doing these will still not remove the plaque that are stuck on your teeth near to the gums, so maybe you can consider buying a plaque dye (given free to primary school kids in the 70s-early 80s) to highlight the residual plaque. Electric toothbrush may help but for me I will use a toothpick to slowly scrap the (white) plaque away.

You could have gum disease. The bacterial is eating up the roots of your teeth. If not treated, the teeth will one by one loosen and drop out. Better go see a dentist and get it treated

This gum disease is called periodontal disease. It needs to be treated early before the gum bone are eaten up by bacteria.
