Make sure transparent lor

And put CCTV camera inside so that loansharks cannot use

and booking is made via a Central System

And can use EZ Link card/ Paylah etc to charge

First hour $2 and then every 15 mins for use

at $25 cents each time

so that a few companies can hire Cleaners to clean it after use

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

The problem is that sinkies cannot be trusted to take care of public (or even private) properties. You'll find the inside of the pods in ruins after a while.

Agree, many sinkees are very irresponsible and uncaring people especially when the items are not owned by them. Just look at those bicycles just strewn around all over the places after they used them..... Rolleyes

Among those set to benefit in Boon Lay are 25 lower-income students, who on Sunday were each given 35 hours of credit worth over $150 – sponsored by the Boon Lay Community Development and Welfare Fund – to cover their usage till December.

That works out to ~$4.30 per hour, that's even more expensive than normal commercial app co-working boxes like Switch located in suburb areas, the way it's written makes it sound like this is an initiative championed by PA to help the lower income people but end up charging normal rates.

Seriously don't say low income, even middle income family students who want to study will find the price too steep. An afternoon study for 4 hours will already cost $17.20, might as well just go Starbucks, at least it comes with 2 mocha frappes.

Past few years we are crippled by the virus and disinfecting thingy. So who will bear the cost and maintain the cleanliness of these pods?
I see these pods a good makeout place instead for study . To me so many essential issues to be solved but they always create many more issues
