Entrepreneur David Gan is only 29, but he already has a host of food and beverage (F&B) brands under his belt.

Mr Gan is the co-founder and chief investment officer of the Tipsy Collective, a multi-concept F&B holding group.

Under the group, he launched nine F&B brands and concepts, including Tipsy Penguin in Tampines, rooftop bar Lady Wu, Takeshi Noodle Bar and Tipsy Bird at Paya Lebar Quarter.

Tipsy Collective was founded in 2018 with only $250,000 and broke even within six months. It now has a turnover of $15 million.

This guy is a proven local talent. PAP shud engage him to replace that clown in the Trade ministry or advisor there where the clown report to him for advise ....... Rolleyes
