I think police should have the driver arrested immediately. Also before he or she is charged, to suspend the person temporarily from driving any form of vehicle or operating any machineries.

Reckless driving 24pts and license revoked. That driver really confirm reckless and the way he/she moved into and out of lanes is like trying to squash the motorcycle.

What dangerous driving? Attempting murder shd be the words to use. What happened if victim died? A very serious case and heavy sentence if convicted.
