why the police didnt charge the thief?

stealing bricks is not worth charging?

what happened to our national pledge?

police are investigating and have classified the case as "Dishonesty misappropriation of property " for now

in all likely hood, unless this guy has priors, will probably kenna warning
still something better than nothing
