that BTO Flats/ Units cannot be rented out in the first 3 years

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

ban pr from buying hdb until they have been pr for 5 years.
pr with low years here may be more likely to go home.
so now lock down rush here become pr and buy up hdb. when their home land
ok rush back and after a while may dump hdb. that create a spike in demand and spike in sale later causing a crash in price.
hdb need to do more to allow citizen especially those born here to get bto and sale of balance of flat.
fist timer ballot many time also cannot get. is a problem. hdb are only few benefits of being singaporean.
old hdb can pull down later when over supply due to older generations passing on.
pr is nor reliable as long term demand. they only create spike.

This already happen for YEARS , you go see those New BTO flats if you pass by every day a night literally not all unit got people stay one. Some units ALWAYS empty , as owner just park there never stay just wait to flip high in resale market or rent out.

1. Need to apply for permit with town council even there is not hacking
2. Renovation contractor usually use number lock or bicycle Chian lock to the gate only. And the main door usually is not lock.

So they don't come bs say the flat not clean bah bah bah ..

Renovate simple,placed some furniture
placed some plants near unit
Once a while come back check n water plants
Stay or no stay nobody knows.

Actually everybody is supposed to go police station to update address to current place of residence. If someone doesn't move in but use the empty HDB address in NRIC, it is illegal. HDB must be sleeping to allow this type of shennigan to go on for 8 years.

PRs should only have 40% of the grants or eligible subsidy

since they did not serve NS and not full Citizen
