Yes You ar absolutely correct. Nowadays ART +ve no need to report and self isolate until negative then can go out, unless you are seriously then go doctor . I presume there are many +ve also pretend nothing happened and go out cos no need to report.

It is getting hard to know the real situation as some may not report to doctor.
ICU and death rate become the focus as some experts suggested earlier.

Vaccine effectiveness for those have weak immune system is much lower.

Nasal and pill medicine etc that inhibit the virus replication is the key that suppress the death down.
Till that is available, only thing is to build stronger immune system which MSM neglected.

Of course some people will say booster will help.
It may but subject to variants type and if body can take the jab for some.
It will not be that effective and permanent. 
   
But the game changer should be anything that can halt or slow the virus multiple

We are then ready to reopen, inflation is creeping up if we do not do it fast.
