The rebars in the collapsed remnant of the former Fuji Xerox building look much thicker and rust-free unlike the thin rusty rebars in your pic.
I wonder if such old HDB blocks will be able to survive a mag 5 quake should one hits Spore.

Sequence of demolition need follow than should be okay...also scaffolding underneath need to follow demolition plan not to be stingy safe cost...
