Cathie Wood, the founder and CEO of ARK Investment Management, pointed to expected shifts at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as a pivotal force in unleashing M&A potential. “M&A has been prevented by the FTC. That is going to change,” Wood declared to the Bloomberg reporter, noting that this would facilitate “price discovery as strategic buyers bid for innovative companies.”

These deals, she observed, would generate liquidity options for venture capitalists. Her enthusiasm stretches beyond corporate trends into the cryptocurrency realm. Wood once again voiced her long-term confidence in bitcoin (BTC), highlighting its limited supply of 21 million coins as a key strength. Drawing parallels between bitcoin and gold, she stressed its rarity.

She clarified that while escalating gold prices encourage more production, bitcoin’s set supply protects it from such dynamics. Wood told Bloomberg:

Sunday Report, All You Need to Know: I bought Bitcoin cycle bottom at 16-18k and since then i haven’t touched one single coin, everyone called me crazy for buying the fear, they said recession is coming, crash is coming, 10-12k is coming and the same happened this year in Mar - Oct during sideways movement when I was constantly buying bitcoin everytime it dipped. My average buying price during sideways was 56k, everyone was calling me crazy for buying those prices they were constantly saying 40-44k would happen but only those who followed know very well how many times I told this level would’t happen anymore in history I even said it’s the new 10-12k, and indeed I was proven right

Now you have some people with fear of low 80k level or even bellow, I say that’s not going to happen. Fear and greed index has never been this low during super cycle leg up and while this happens you see Bitcoin ranging near 100k. This clearly shows how bottomed we are, market makers always install extreme fear to mark the local bottom. Remember we have huge support at 88-92k similar to what we had during sideways at 48-52k and I look at those levels as if they were equivalent. Ignore doom callers and bears, they don’t understand the game, the never did and they never will, instead listen to me. We have a big pattern playing out you just have to be patient and buy the blood because once this 90-110k vertical accumulation is done we pump to new ATH and the pump will happen fast.

What’s Next on $ETH? I know most of you are heavily exposed to alts, mainly ETH and I see the fear you guys have. I say don’t worry, ETH next big move is above ATH to $7,000 the current big resistance already proved to be weak as we broke that recently, market only went down to grab liquidity and shake paper hands, next we pump with alts following. On December 4th we saw golden cross signaling a strong bullish momentum for ETH. Additionally theres been a significant movement of ETH away from exchanges, with over 7.9 million ETH transferred to private wallets in just the last two months which is creating shock supply on this market. Whats even more intriguing is that major wallets currently hold 57% of the total ETH supply, and these whales have been steadily accumulating ETH below the $4K level. I’m holding bags since $900 and I haven’t sold yet, I also advised you to buy couple more at $2200-2400 in November and again those who followed are already in significant profits.

BTC super cycle already started with huge parabolic chart above ATH yet majority of alts still dint hit new ATH, if we look at prices now and compare them to 3 months ago alts are literally with x2 return, even knowing this retail is in extreme fear. Let me tell you that this gains are nothing compared to whats coming ahead. The real fun will start when alts mark new ATH surpassing recent March levels, that’s exactly when we start to see altcoin super cycle with absurd gains of x10-20 in some alts. I know how many of you will call me crazy for thinking this, it’s ok soon you see that I was right and altcoins are pretty much full bottomed!

Sunday Report, All You Need to Know: This week is critical as we approach the candle close for 3M, 6M, and one year time frames. Market makers are positioning prices exactly where they need them to launch another massive rally in 2025 driven by retail optimism. Mid term expect prices to continue ranging between $90k and $110k until the breakout to new ATH levels. Ignore the doom callers they have never been right, and they won’t be now. This is just another phase where bears and doubters will get absolutely wrecked. Institutional capital is steadily flowing into the market. We’re seeing a gradual entry by companies which will eventually cascade into a mass inflow.
Bitcoin is now in process of testing the MA50 daily, after one m successful bounce on the line and now a confirmation bellow white line. Long more at $90k if market allows us to see that region, I must tell that scam wicks bellow this level can happen to grab liquidity and install extreme fear. In case it happens you’ll listen to a lot of noise, fully ignore and remember my targets, first target $100,000, second target above $108,000. Remember that this are targets only for the short term only. My mid term target remains the same, I’m expecting to see BTC at 145k in March or even earlier.
Tomorrow, Michael Saylor will also announce that MicroStrategy has bought more BTC. That’s right, while others call for a cycle top, MicroStrategy continues accumulating. Let me tell you that the cycle top is far from here, and the market has plenty of room to grow. Some larger accounts on X are nothing more than attention seekers. You can easily identify them through their absurd and extreme statements. For instance, I have recently seen accounts calling for $40k BTC, these people are outright deceivers and should be banned for spreading misinformation. Many clowns with massive followers are now claiming we are in a bear market, simply because prices aren’t climbing every single day. Corrections and sideways movements are perfectly normal in a bull market. What we’re seeing is a bullish sideways consolidation. Market makers are simply exhausting both bulls and bears before pushing prices to new ATH levels and the bears are in for total humiliation not just because of their liquidations but because they panic sold everything with recession fear. Since BTC was at $16k they’ve been wrong which made them midst the entry rally until $110k and now they will miss out on the rally from $90k to $200K and beyond. They will sit on the sidelines with zero coins in their wallets while the rest of us enjoy the full ride.
Meanwhile the mother of altseason is forming an inverse head and shoulders pattern on the weekly timeframe, $ETH should now bounce from this region to levels above $4,000. Remember that this is happening while TOTAL3 is retesting local bottom levels… Theres still an enormous amount of fear in the altcoin market and that only confirms we are fully bottomed yet the real fun hasn’t even started yet. It begins when altcoins begin making new ATHs and surpassing the recent March levels. BTC has already entered its supercycle with parabolic leg above the last cycle ATH of $69k. Yet ETH hasn’t even marked a new ATH and altcoins like SOL only touched the ATH level and now retraced. The altcoin market is extremely undervalued at the moment, an altcoin supercycle is imminent and it’s coming faster than most expect.
Finally, on Friday, we have the PMI data which will bring additional volatility to the market. Buckle up, next phase of bull market is going to be massive so will be 2025..
