Technical and Psychological Analysis: Bitcoin is currently positioned in a critical accumulation zone, sitting directly between MA25 Weekly and EMA50 Weekly. This zone represents a huge buying opportunity since it's the bull cycle support, and those who fail to recognize it will regret it later. Bull cycle is not over, in fact is far from it and what we are seeing now only confirms that this cycle will go higher than initially expected. I was not anticipating a dip to the 78k range to fulfill CME gap because my target for this bull cycle top was 160-180k. But now that it has happened, cycle top target end up changing. If Bitcoin didn't retraced this deep, cycle top would be 160-180k. After filling this gap my target is 200-300k cycle top this year. It doesn’t matter what bears say, it doesn’t matter the noise. This is pure data-driven and psychological analysis that clearly points to Bitcoin going much higher than everyone expects.
Let me tell you exactly how bullish BTC is. RSI and MVRV are siting in the same levels of when Bitcoin was trading at $24,000-$25,000 in August 2023.
The market is in extreme fear, the fear is even bigger than FTX crash that marked 16k cycle bottom. It’s clear that this extreme fear always will mark a new generational bottom. Market makers know where the liquidity is, and they are simply executing the same playbook as always. I don't understand the panic. There are absurd levels of liquidations above $110,000. Many traders believe the cycle top is already in, so they are heavily shorting these levels. Long-term this is the best time to buy Bitcoin that we will have in the upcoming 2-3 years. The reality is simple sirs: maximum fear always marks bottom. And we are seeing maximum fear right now.
Another big thing is happening right now that very few are taking about. Gold has been exploding while Bitcoin has been sideways. While Bitcoin has remained in sideways, gold has been rallying, not because gold is a better asset, but because investors are front-running global liquidity expansion. As liquidity rises they look for stability and gold is the first asset they buy. Once they exhaust gold short-term upside, they rotate into Bitcoin. This has happened before, and it is happening again. Since December, gold has been pumping, while BTC sideways. Now smart money is moving from gold to Bitcoin again. This only means that indeed leg up is what's coming next.
Short term goal is simple: clean up the 93k CME gap, and then reassess. 100k is a very strong psychological level to shake retail which means it’s very likely to happens this year to once again miss manage retail bags. Once we clear $93,000, we will see if Bitcoin moves directly into the $102,000-$106,000 Fair Value Gap or if we get one last deep flush before the true breakout. One thing is certain once Bitcoin enters the Fair Value Gap, there is no stopping it. We are going straight to $125,000. Please understand that my 125k target is just the beginning. Those who think this is where it stops have no idea what is coming next.
