Netanyahu has no post war plan, which the U.S. wants to see.
1. Occupying Gaza (Israel wants but Biden is against)
2. Hand over to Palestinian Authority (Netanyahu is against)
3. Let Hamas continue in Gaza (both the U.S. and Israel are against)
