1. P and M efficacy is highly questionable

2. Was there a lapses in social distancing measure in the dorm (back to overly crowded condition)

3. If no.2 is not true, then it means confinement, vaccination status discrimination etc all don't matter

4. Were there new imported fw added to dorm in last few months? If so it may mean that opening border is highly risky.

MOH must trace where the source of viruses is...possibly the workers got infected at local community when they go out for food or shopping, or they were already infected with Covid w/o symptoms before vaccination...
