yes you can if you can find a good TCM doc and you follow his/her advice diligently...and of course spend money for a good doc.

Bro, plse check my previous post on affordable CPAP under $500.
I already help my neighbor to buy and he is using.

95% of APNEA vases can be assisted by CPAC so dont waste time with other methods.

One issue with CPAP is you need to use right mask. If your nasal is blocked you need a mouth plus nose mask.

Initially bought nasal mask for my neighbor but half way through night his nose becomes block and he breath through mouth bypassing nose and cpap.

Other than that no other problems. He feel much healthier.

Person is asking about sleep APNEA.

APNEA is due to throat structure blocking air flow resulting in snoring.  TCM cannot change this....

My advice!

Firstly, try not to sleep facing North or South Direction. 
If possible, change your sleeping position to East or West Direction. If really cannot, Sleep diagionally against North or South direction if you have no choice. Earth Magnetic field will affect your sleep especially when North and South directions have the greatest magnetic field strength.

Secondly, drink 1 cup of water before sleeping.
After waking up, drink another of water(Don’t brush your teeth first).
At first you will wake up in the middle of night to urinate. But after some time, you will not wake up any more to urinate.

Thirdly, before sleeping, tell your brain, you got to wake up tomorrow at what time.

Fourthly, subscribe to Spotify using family package. One good thing about Spotify, it really have a lot of sleepy music and compile them into few albums. See which sleep style you want. Light sleep, deep sleep or normal sleep style.
Play some sleepy music before sleeping, it will make you sleep.

I have never have any sleeping problem.

Your preference. 
Medication or simply amazing socks. 
Yes, socks.
Wear them to sleep. 
Feel the warm radiating upwards. 
Aulora socks.
Not cheap. 30 plus. But worth it.

Just looking at that machine is already so stressful, so I think it is not possible to sleep with that thing strapped to your mouth forever. The best way is to change your sleep style so that you will get a clear passage of air to your lungs while you are asleep such as changing your sleep posture to the side or sleep on a reclining bed like those in hospital that are able to raise the upper body to a comfortable angle or like that Osim reclining massage chairs.

According to TCM, apnea is caused by weak qi flow and also imbalance of yin and yang. You can correct this with a combination of herbs like ginseng and gac fruit plus exercises to clear your qi meridians and increase qi flow. Ideally opening your microcosmic orbit is the optimal solution where your Ren mai and Du mai run freely. To do this you will need to exercise in yoga, qigong or any chakra opening meditation.

From what I know, it can be solved with a minor surgery but be careful of the side effects from the sensitive nerves. It depends on how professional and experienced the doctor is. Experienced Doctor means $$$ with the $$$ operating table. Singapore can use a hand to count. You don't see that person is old, he should be experienced. We don't have the population.  

Professional and Experienced TCM doctors, are in China. Usually, it goes down the family trees. Hard to find. But he/ she is superb. The older ones are very much better than their younger generation. The latter are more westernised. The former skills could be because they know how the cause comes about for that person and the right treatments at different times.

Overall, it boils down to the population size.

I was suffering from obstructive sleep apnea for 10 years, snored loudly at night and woke up feeling tired even after 7 hours of sleep. In the end, I was cured with the help of a CPAP machine I purchased for $1,900. The only problem is having to bring it with me when I travel, which is most inconvenient.
