HDB is government one lah!  Condo and private property private one lah!

Wa what a coincidence, someone wrote to ST Forum on extending climate vouchers to private households. Climate change affects both HDB and non HDB households.

For small amounts and once in a while dun give them shd be ok. But too much discrimination against certain groups not too gd for these reasons:

1. They're aso tax payers, some even pay a lot more than others
2. Some are not real rich, not much money left after making all the payments
3. No reason to offend them since their votes are equally important
4. The money come from where?

I can only think why HDB households get n not condos n landed. Condos lots of foreigners. Landed should be given as only sporeans can buy landed (PRs must get approvals to buy). Like CDC vouchers there should be allowed to hv a give away button if a penthouse or GCB household units get the freebies
