I doubt they personally check one rah , Is mostly those Technical staffs check who knows they also outsource one.

Govt public service, and stat boards MOST of their labour job are outsource people do one. Whereas their own civil servant just chill in office see sub con report , send photo back than email back to clients.

I should say they are " Highly pay admin " in fact not technical officer themselves.
