Agree. Saw movie Midway last week Jap Imperial Japanese Navy solid whack US. That era China Navy almost non existent. China has improved leaps and bounds indeed!

I've taken Japanese and China HSR.... China cheaper and much nicer. I took HSR from Chengdu to northern Sichuan dragon mountain about 2 hours only S$3. Seats were better than Japan ones which I paid $460.

Japan is quite disappointed. Back in good old days they are always No 1 come technology etc but some how over the years they seem like tone down
