Step-by-step lah. Flying to another country will have to wait until official permit by that country.   


If US didn't grant the licence yet, can'y fly to US lah.   

Every new procedure has to go thru first.  

Don't worry.   

now Boeing very worried. Many don't buy their planes.

Now C919 is going for international fly certification starting last year if I am not wrong.It will take several years to obtain the certificate lah.
