Companies under the Prince umbrella include Prince Bank, Cambodia Airways and a private equity firm called Belt Road Capital Management. Prince's Canopy Sands Development is building the US$16 billion (S$22 billion) 834-ha seafront project in Sihanoukville called the Bay of Light. Previously called Ream City, the development on reclaimed land will feature malls, homes, hotels, a golf course and a marina.
