Some dogs may be ill treated or abandoned before and suffered trauma. Some dogs may have hidden health issues.

Vet is a doctor for animal. If u dun believe a vet, then who else u going to believe.
Those risks u mentioned can also happen on buying dog. Some time dog get abandon because of lousy owner. Can put the blame on the dog
1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

That because u are putting the same risk that will happen to buying on adoption.
Try to give adoption a bad name.
