End of the day Singaporean buy HDB Malaysia properties mean for Malaysian. So hard to maintain and keep on going to Malaysia to check your house. Of not don’t what will happen to your house there .

Ok la, my friend just sold his 35 years old HDB 5 room flat for $750 k. 
I think he easily makes $500000. He is so happy, bought us a sumptuous meal..🤣

So most owners not worried over the leasehold contract issues. Especially for my generation. 😊

For myself, i don't need the extra cash. Still enjoying my HDB tremendously. 
Probably live until my last breath, pass it to my children to sell and collect the cash..😂

For most condos and landed houses, the main problem is the daily inconveniences. So if the location is gd it’s really a blessing for the family. 人生如此,夫复何求, 是不是足矣?
