Most likely multiple waves of migration from both East Asia and pre colonised America.

Americans are also descendent of African. And the native red Indians that the Americans, ex British, killed were basically Asians. Yes, Asians or Chinese conquered just about every land there was before many other races...

I am not surprised most of them are Northern Chinese. Like Korean too.

The original natives of Japan are the Ainu or Aynu tribes people of which are few of nowadays and possibly diluted over the generations true or not?

Migration piracy fishing strong waves and ocean currents all added new people to the long chain of the Japanese islands not ruling out tsunamis correct or not?

Qin Shi Huang of the Qin dynasty aka First Emperor of China was frantically looking for immortality and he tried many ways to live forever and apart from drinking mercury which eventually poisoned his organs, the emperor sent 300 of his best subjects to islands now known as Japan for a unique root a kind of ginseng that will let the emperor live at least 10,000 years or longer but since the 300 could not find such a potent root they dared not go back to China you know?

Instead they found Sumitomo Mitsubishi and other giants and the rest is history and yes in a way Japanese DNA is from China if the Ainu or Aynu tribes are not in the picture or perhaps partially diluted?

Ainu is almost not in the picture nowadays based on bone structure and DNA. Very heavily diluted.

Not surprising. Japanese were simply pirates from China
