That is what is happening to many family now. With both parents working and kids left alone, parents need to teach their kids how to grow money instead of just spending money.

The daughter is 18, so is not considered a minor any more. So, the dad is on the hook. Want to claim, he would have to claim from his daughter.

With our present bad economy, but parents have to work to supplement the family needs, therefore the children are left to their "mischief"....... crying
