But if a Chinese convert to Islam wants to know the meaning of the Quran, he can go to the MANY schools in Singapore which offers classes on anything pertaining to the Quran, not just the message. Go Tampines Ave 7 area and you will find at least 2 such schools already.

The proliferation of private schools teaching the Quran is like mushrooms.

Also, there is a huge building in Siglap known as Darul Quran, a building in Singapore dedicated to the teachings of the Quran.

In the Gospel according to Mark, the disciples were questioning Jesus, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”

That depends on the audience. If I'm speaking to my children about the Quran, I'd use English. If I'm with my Malay friends, I'd use Malay.

I just want you to know that Islam is a knowledge-based religion and pursuing knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim. That is why our institutions for education are 2nd to none.
