Trump has raised tariffs for various countries. The ETR shows how countries r actually taxed after taking accounts of various trade agreements.  For example,  Canada and Mexico hv separate trade agreements. Some goods r free from tariffs. The ETR 4 the 2 countries r about 16% though the actual tariffs r around 30%.
