Most people don't make it opening restaurant.
Hawker and coffee shop stalls are better chances for making $$.
Some people should not try to start a business as is risky and requires more effort than what they think. What person said is valid for such people....not everyone.
A minority can still make it ....Chee Soon Juan seems to have made it and tends to help boost his image more than anything as it shows he can create a business in a very competitive area where many have failed and sustain it.

Chee Soon Juan seems to be successful in running a cafe, and also open another cafe. I wonder will he still be an opposition leader in our political arena.........?

Hawkers are low cost low risks. loss $20k not $200k.
