[Seoul Jiji] On the 5th, North Korean General Secretary Kim Jong-un sent a telegram of condolences to Prime Minister Fumio Kishida following the Noto Peninsula earthquake , saying, ``I hope that (residents of the disaster-affected areas) will recover a stable life as soon as possible. I pray for this." The Korean Central News Agency reported on the 6th.
