With that kind of money she shd go somewhere no extradition treaty with SG mah

Spain is not one of the 40+ countries that have an extradition treaty with SG. But in those countries without an extradition treaty with SG, it can be arranged on a case-by-case basis so it's not easy to escape from extradition.
