Only nao then got the opportunity to fight. Once KMT and TPP forced the new laws today, all these DPP law makers don't say fight, even show bad attitude nia also can go in to squat liao.

There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.

But now, they'll only do it for money.

Here's background to why fights (again) broke out this week... Big Grin

Taiwan’s two major parties, the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) which is set to form a government and the Kuomintang (KMT), the main opposition, are in strong disagreement over draft reforms which includes criminalise officials who are deemed to make false statements in parliament. The law was proposed by the KMT and its allies but it has been rejected by Mr Lai’s DPP as “an unconstitutional abuse of power”.

After the election DPP lost 14 seats and now is minority in parliament, more fights will be underway while President Lai asks majority must follows minority, both KMT and TPP MPs will not be happy.

KMT and TPP too happy that they are the nao the absolute majority so maybe bullying DPP without proper brain and planning, may end up poking the hornet hive this time as it seem a lot of their civil groups nao start to come out and organizing protests liao. Even their used to be neutral law societies also voicing out against the crazy new laws come out by KMT and TPP liao.

But tiagong KMT and TPP also no scare another sunflower movement as KMT nao dont even need mata, got a lot of their own black shirt guys that they can organize to anti those protest, while their vassal TPP had already managed to sian the taiwan youngster over to their side liao and start their own onion movement (or some claim ish Guava movement) against DPP.

After all normally only youngsters would be so free to go this kind of protest nia. Beside the previous sunflower activists nao ish become lao uncle lao aunties liao, either stuck in office or lack the passion with politic already or ish lacking the energy, middle age liao can tahan protesting days and nights anymore. Sad

Nao the full version of the new law finally revealed liao, Ish no longer just officials that will be punished and it ish not limited to just make false statement in parliament, it also include anyone who are showing disrespect to the parliament and they are so vague in the wording on this that basically once the law is passed, it is up to the parliament to interpret and decided what words and actions is considered as disrespect.

And not just that, the latest version ish nao anyone can be punished, from officials, to army, to businesses, to civil groups and even any concerned individuals in Taiwan society (they change in wording from civilians to concerned individuals in society to try sian the illiterate peasants, but basically this still mean it can affect normal peasant)

Looking at this kind of new law, any peasant in their right mind should be pissed. But maybe not Sinkie, since we may have living under similar laws and already used to it. Sad

Thought they claimed already increase to over 4K? And maybe more people coming in the evening after people are off from works and schools.

But the numbers still got laugh dip dip by the KMT and DPP supporters, claiming they can easily rally 4~5 times this number without even trying. Sad

Taiwanese voted for this and probably deserve it lah, just enjoy with popcorn. Like hao we can laugh at boleh land too mah, all claiming their Anwar can save Boleh land but end up their country still like $hit after voted Anwar in. He didn't bring anything new, even end up following the same Jib kor route of begging for businesses and money from AT land.

Anyway our red dot had benefited (can say ish not chao peasant sinkie benefited but still red dot got benefited from the exodus of Hong Kong lich\elite and foreign funds and businesses regardless) from the fall of Hong Kong, so our red dot may benefit again from current Taiwan situation.

After all we might actually see another potential bonus package and more job opportunities coming red dot way if Taiwan remain chaos and their lich\elite and foreign funds\businesses started running away. So as sinkie maybe should really support KMT and TPP dip dip to continue doing wat they are doing nao for the sake of fighting DPP, those AMDK businesses already kpkb about how the Taiwan new reform law would increase their business risks, so if KMT and TPP work harder, may drive those AMDK businesses to shift their operations to red dot instead, like Hong Kong last time after CCP force passed their national security law.
