Breadtalk sold its IHQ to Lian Beng last year. Now Food Empire doing the same.

I think the report is wrong. The building is not in Toa Payoh but in Tai Seng. Closest main road is Upper Paya Lebar Road. Which means the building is quite near to Breadtalk IHQ.

SG Govt should stop Reits companies from sucking the economy. Many companies are not innovating and into Rentier model.
