Not workable because the Malaysian government don't want old Chinese Singaporean to die in their land.

They even sounded out prevention of Singaporeans dumping their old and sick parents over there.

It will create a holy molly social problem in JB.

Ok for retirees. Jogging, cycling in the mornings and rest and watch tv in the afternoons, hungry order grabs, life is like in sg. And it's easy to come over to sg.

As a retiree, my priorities are convenience, safety, access to healthcare, reliable public transportation, and recreational facilities, ideally within a vibrant and supportive community. Surrounded with Friends 🧡.

Landed property is meaningless to us. Boring..🤣

Commonsense and realism.

What is a cheap private land property worth without convenient, safe and accessible services together with old friendship developed through our life?

There are many Cheap private property worldwide. But none can fulfil our preferred lifestyle cherished in our golden years.
Don't waste our time anymore...🤣

Forest City needs to build additional 5 things

Hospital, Clinics, Dog Parks, Direct Coach stations to SG and Sheng Siong Supermarket

Then Malaysians like Jac Lau will also go back

.

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 87 PAP Ministers?
