Out the back of a suburban home on a leafy Shepparton street, a humble tree bearing 10 different fruits has just claimed a Guinness world record for most types of fruit on a single tree.

......

“The previous record was five fruits grafted onto one tree, so I decided to graft 10,” Hussam said.

grafting, marcotting, stem cutting, sex changing, flower and fruit inducing ... plants allow one to do many interesting experiments on them, from biology, chemistry, and maybe physics and maths, those things you learned in school

the leaves look droopy and lifeless, quite impossible to support those fruits which are not small. possibly hv just grafted these branches already hv fruits on them when taken from their mother plants.

This thread might be two years old, but what a fascinating topic! Hussam's achievement with this multi-grafted tree is not just an extraordinary feat of gardening; it also sends a powerful message about the possibility of peaceful coexistence. Just think of the potential for biodiversity and eco-friendly gardening practices!
Speaking of eco-friendly gardening, have you guys heard about thyme lawns? If you're into unique and sustainable gardening practices like this multi-grafted tree, you might find the idea of a thyme lawn appealing. According to an article at https://www.planetnatural.com/thyme-lawn/, thyme lawns are an eco-friendly alternative to traditional grass. They need less water and are disease-resistant, just like the fruits on Hussam's amazing tree!
