Extra salt because the judge who made the decision is the brother of Kenneth Jeyeretnam and the son of JBJ.

Stop reading at " High Court judge Philip Jeyaretnam ruled in a written judgment that a police officer had arrested Mr Mah in 2017 because he disliked him - not because he genuinely believed Mr Mah was a danger because of a mental disorder. "

Philip Jeyaretnam is brother of opposition party leader Kenneth Jeyaretnam..LOL.

Should t the govt be worried about the wrongful arrest itself that resulted in an jnnocent man being locked up for nothing by the police.

Just like the young child who committed suicide after police interrogated him without a guardian being present. ....after that the police still defend their actions and claim nothing is wrong.

Acting in good faith, right of self defence VS abuse of power, rash act, negligent act, ignorance of consequences
Firm and stern voice VS rudeness, impolite,
Different people has different interpretations.
