Reminds me of the 1970s of HK and the 1990s of China when the authorities go after street hawkers.
Cannot remember if Singapore did the same although they did 'force' hawkers into hawker centres back in the 1970s.

HK Poli won't anyhow arrest lah. If not, those jokers who destroyed public property during umbrella movement would have been arrested the moment they start destroying.
